Property prices for sale in Ontario region
The average price in the Ontario region has had same value in recent months. Prices in this region have remained pretty much stagnant.
The price per sq.feet in Ontario has remained stagnant in the last 6 months. During April, the average price per sq.feet was $895. In May the price pretty much stayed the same at $935 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months practically stayed the same, going from $915 to $908.5 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has stayed the same with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of $911.75 to $911.5 during August and September.
Based upon to the price in Ontario(region), these have remained the same in the last 6 months. In the first month sample April the average price is $754,314. In May the price was the same at $743,077. In the following two months the average price didn't change much compared to the previous two going from $748,695.5 to $777,791.5. During the last two months the average price has remained stagnant and has gone from $763,243.5 to $762,763 during August and September.

They are 28 % more expensive than the average followed by those properties with 3 bedrooms priced at $931,138.
Based on the average price per sq.feet those properties with 4 bedrooms are the cheapest ones with a price of $590 / sq.feet being $920 / sq.feet the average value within the Ontario region. The properties with the most expensive average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 14 % more costly than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of $944 / sq.feet.

This is followed by "Apartment" with a price of $731,628. The dearest property type is "Townhouse" and is 127 % more expensive than the average, followed by "Commercial" with a cost of $1,629,333.
Based on the average cost per sq.feet the cheapest property type is "Commercial with a an average cost of $527 / sq.feet, followed by "Apartment" with a price of $661 / sq.feet. "Land" with an average price of $76,076 / sq.feet is the most costly type of property followed by "Townhouse" at a price of $969 / sq.feet.
