The average price in the British Columbia region has had an strong increase in recent months. There has been a strong inflation in the prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in British Columbia has increased strongly in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $741. The following month (November) the price increased to $805 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through an increase of 108 % in the price per sq.feet rising from $773 to $833 per sq.feet.
