Property prices for rent in Nova Scotia region
The average rent price in the Nova Scotia region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Nova Scotia has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $1.88. The following month the price fell to $1.68 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from $1.78 to $1.87 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price per sq.feet has had a significant rise of 123 %. This has been obtained by comparing the price of $1.82 for the first four months of the sample with regard to the previous 4 months and the price of $2.23 per sq.feet for the last two months (February, March).
When referring to the price in Nova Scotia(region), this has risen in the last 6 months. In the first month sample October the average price is $1,297. In November the price remains at $1,268. The average price for the following two months (December, January) rose from $1,282.5 to $1,382.5. During the last two months the price has had a considerable rise of 118 % with respect to the previous four months going from $1,332.5 a $1,569.
