Property prices for rent in British Columbia region
The average rent price in the British Columbia region has had a slight rise in recent months. There has been a rise in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in British Columbia has risen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $3.13. The following month (November) the price rose to $3.43 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet for the following two months barely changed going from $3.28 to $3.37 per sq.feet.
