In December the price barely changed remaining at $3.54 per sq.feet. The following two months (January, February) went through a rise of 107 % in the rent price per sq.feet rising from $3.6 to $3.86 per sq.feet. In the last two months, the price has barely changed with regard to the average value for the last 4 months going from an average price per sq.feet of $3.73 to $3.61 during March and April.
When referring to the price in British Columbia(region), there have hardly been any changes in the last 6 months. November has an average price of $3,175. During Decemberthe price had a slight fall till $2,967. In the following two months the average price practically remained the same compared to the previous two going from $3,071 to $2,956. During the last two months the average price has not gone through any changes and has gone from $3,013.5 to $3,114.5 during March and April.

The properties with the highest average price are those with 1 bedroom. These are 24 % more expensive than the average followed by those with 2 bedrooms with a price of $3.58 / sq.feet.
