Property prices for rent in Alberta region
The average rent price in the Alberta region has had a slight fall in recent months. There has been a fall in the rent prices in this region.
The price per sq.feet in Alberta has fallen in the last 6 months. During October, the average price per sq.feet was $2.09. In November the price barely changed remaining at $2.01 per sq.feet. The following two months (December, January) went through a fall of 87 % in the rent price per sq.feet with regard to the previous two.
