Property prices for rent in Russell (Ontario)

The price per sq.feet in Russell has barely changed in the last 6 months. In October, the average price per sq.feet was $3.28. In the following month the price per sq.feet rose considerably to $3.86. In the following two months the price per sq.feet has practically remained the same, going from $3.57 to $3.43 per sq.feet. The price per sq.feet has fallen 86 % in the last two months compared to the average price for the previous four months. This was obtained by comparing the first four months of the period going from a price per sq.feet of $3.5 to $3 during February, and March.

In November This price remains at $1,717. In the following two months the average price has hardly changed with regard to the previous two months from $1,709.5 to $1,701. During the last two months, the average price has barely gone through any changes with regard to the previous average values going from an average value of $1,705.25 and $1,685 between February and March.
